Tom Colicchio - chef, restauranteur and celebrity - has launched a new Website!A wiki of sorts for foodies Eat, Drink or Die houses a plethora of options to foray into the world of food. You can get a leg up on your cooking techniques by Tom C and other famous (or not) chefs, attend a food seminar by experts, watch a cooking webisode, learn about up and coming chefs, search for recipes and so much more.
Now, the few videos I've watched are rather amateurish and well, for a lack of a more sophisticated word, boring. But, the content is good - really good.
The gem of the site, and where the wiki comes in, is you can add your own content. Upload your personal cooking videos, post your fav recipes, and promote your products, expertise or business.
With Tom and others watching, I'm sure this site will do wonders to many businesses and even give rise to future food stars. Maybe you?
