A Tree to Trim and a House to Warm

To get the holiday season started right, we gathered at a friends' home this past weekend for their first NYC tree trimming party.

The hostess blessed us with her yummy treats (the dates stuffed with gorgonzola were divinie as was the ceviche). There was wine aplenty and much good company to keep.

With a massive tree to trim, we each took turns pinning our ornaments to its boughs.
