While I enjoyed the latest novel on my bookshelf, he busied himself in the kitchen. I took a peak to see what was going on, and unsurprisingly, he had neatly laid out the food and tools he would need to execute his dish. He then, very methodically, moved through the motions of chopping and mixing his ingredients, and shaping the patties into almost perfect rounds.
Before the juicy and tasty hamburgers were served (with oven fries for him and a salad for me), Mr. Oh had returned everything to its rightful place - the garbage tossed, the dishes washed, and the counter wiped.
Definitely not the scene when I cook!
Neatly chopping onions
Mixing up his ingredients
7 chubby discs were formed; I think the odd number irked him some, so we cooked three and froze the rest.
